NoesiumIQ Cookie Notice

NoesiumIQ Cookie Notice

Effective Date: June 16, 2026
Last Updated: June 16 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how NoesiumIQ, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on https://noesiumiq.com and related webpages that link to this notice.

For purposes of this Cookie Notice, “NoesiumIQ,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means NoesiumIQ, Inc. “You” or “your” means a visitor or user of our website.

This Cookie Notice should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Service.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow websites to recognize your browser or device, remember certain information, improve site functionality, measure performance, and support analytics or marketing activities.

We may also use similar technologies, including pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, session storage, software development kits, log files, and analytics identifiers. In this notice, we refer to these technologies collectively as “cookies.”

Regulators increasingly treat cookies and similar technologies as part of broader privacy compliance because they may collect or infer information about a visitor, device, behavior, or preferences. Oregon’s Consumer Privacy Act became effective July 1, 2024, and gives Oregon consumers privacy rights related to the collection, retention, use, and disclosure of personal data.

2. How We Use Cookies

NoesiumIQ may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • operate and secure the website;

  • remember your preferences;

  • understand how visitors use the website;

  • measure website performance;

  • improve website content and user experience;

  • support contact forms, demo requests, newsletter signups, gated content, or event registrations;

  • understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;

  • prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse;

  • maintain logs for security, diagnostics, and operational purposes.

We do not use cookies to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about website visitors.

3. Types of Cookies We May Use

A. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are required for the website to function properly. They may support page navigation, security, load balancing, form submission, consent management, fraud prevention, or access to requested content.

Because these cookies are necessary to provide the website, they generally cannot be disabled through our cookie controls. You may be able to block them through your browser settings, but doing so may cause parts of the website to stop working.

Examples may include:

  • session cookies;

  • security cookies;

  • consent preference cookies;

  • load balancing cookies;

  • form submission or anti-spam cookies.

B. Functional Cookies

Functional cookies help remember choices you make and improve convenience when using the website.

Examples may include:

  • preferred language;

  • region;

  • display preferences;

  • remembered form fields;

  • user interface preferences.

If you disable functional cookies, some website features may not work as intended.

C. Analytics and Performance Cookies

Analytics and performance cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the website. These cookies may collect information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring websites, browser type, device type, approximate location, clicks, and error events.

We use this information to improve website performance, understand visitor interest, measure content effectiveness, and make better business decisions.

Examples may include tools such as:

  • Google Analytics;

  • HubSpot analytics;

  • website hosting analytics;

  • similar analytics or measurement tools.

Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before using non-essential analytics cookies. The UK Information Commissioner’s Office explains that cookies may be used to remember preferences or support website services, and cookie consent expectations may depend on the type and purpose of cookie.

D. Marketing and Advertising Cookies

Marketing and advertising cookies may help us understand the effectiveness of campaigns, measure visitor engagement, deliver relevant business content, or build audiences for future outreach.

These cookies may be placed by NoesiumIQ or third-party service providers.

Examples may include:

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag;

  • Google Ads or Google Marketing Platform cookies;

  • HubSpot marketing cookies;

  • CRM or campaign attribution cookies;

  • retargeting or audience measurement pixels.

These cookies may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” or a similar regulated activity under some privacy laws depending on how they are configured and used. California’s CCPA gives consumers rights related to knowing, deleting, correcting, and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

E. Embedded Content and Third-Party Cookies

Our website may include embedded content or features from third parties, such as videos, calendars, social media content, maps, forms, or event tools.

These third parties may place their own cookies or collect information when you interact with their content.

Examples may include:

  • YouTube or Vimeo videos;

  • Calendly scheduling;

  • HubSpot forms;

  • LinkedIn content;

  • Google Maps;

  • event registration tools;

  • document hosting or download tools.

NoesiumIQ does not control third-party cookies placed by third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable third party’s privacy policy and cookie practices.

4. Cookies We Currently Use

At present, NoesiumIQ.com is not using cookies.

5. How You Can Manage Cookies

You can manage cookies in several ways.

A. Cookie Preference Tool

Where available, you may use our cookie preference tool to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies.

Your preferences may be stored using a strictly necessary cookie so we can remember your choices.

B. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or manage cookies through browser settings. Your browser may also allow you to block third-party cookies or receive alerts when cookies are being placed.

Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect website functionality.

C. Global Privacy Control and Similar Signals

Some browsers or browser extensions may allow you to send privacy preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

Where required by applicable law and technically feasible, NoesiumIQ will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals for activities such as sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar regulated processing.

D. Third-Party Opt-Out Tools

Some third-party analytics or advertising providers offer their own opt-out mechanisms. You may need to visit those providers’ websites to exercise provider-specific choices.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights related to personal information collected through cookies and similar technologies. These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain uses of personal information.

NoesiumIQ’s Privacy Policy explains these rights in more detail.

Privacy laws vary by jurisdiction. Oregon’s privacy law applies to certain businesses and grants privacy rights to Oregon consumers, while California’s CCPA grants California consumers rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. There is not currently a uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals.

NoesiumIQ does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law. Where required, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

8. Changes to This Cookie Notice

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our website, technologies, vendors, legal obligations, or business practices.
